Protection from Online Falsehood and Manipulation Bill Important Provisions to note: Section 4: Meaning of the “in the Public Interest”. See Page 11 of the Bill. Our Comments: This Section did not address the issue when the Government passed Laws that are detriment to the People, such as those highlighted in “Updates on 18 April 2019, 9:50pm”! Our Strategy: Report to the World with your style as usual, but remember to cite which provisions of the Laws passed that have caused anyone damage! This will be enough to protect you from unjust persecution! It’s common for Free Social Media to delete your posts if they have mistaken them as some kind of fake news, as many of us have encountered. If such incidents happen, you may seek advice from the Publisher who will help you.
Section 8: Making or altering bots for communication of false statement of fact in Singapore (see pages 14-15 of the Bill) Our Comments: This Section does not include any Abuse of Authority of Government bodies in their work such as this case.
Section 9: Providing Services for communicating false statement of facts in Singapore (see pages 15-17 of the Bill). Look here carefully, they can only charge and prosecute you when there is FALSE statement of facts! So keep your evidence of facts carefully & publish them with care, you can expect those who do wrong & end up in embarrassment will use this to nail any innocent parties who highlight their w**ked deeds! See our self-defence tactic!
Part 3: Directions dealing with Communication in Singapore on False Statements of Fact See Sections 10-14 (pages 17-24 of the Bill) Our comments: These only applicable on False Statement of Fact! So present your facts carefully for they will save you from personal & financial damage! It is common for those who inflict damage to others to deny what they have done & find all ways to nail the innocent parties who expose them! See LS1965, P65 & M15 for real examples! Fight the good fight in life & without that, we can’t expect to have Peace & Prosperity in Singapore!
Part 4: Direction to Internet Intermediaries and Providers of Mass Media Services Section 20: Condition for issue of Part 4 Directions (see Page 25 of the Bill) Our Comments: The Bill did not address the issue when Minister had acted fraudulently or negligently & give Part 4 Direction against the innocent to cover-up his w**ked deeds! So you know how important for a ruler to be righteous & care for justice, if he is not, you will become a victim of his wrong doing & live all your days in misery! Sections 21-35 (pages 25-31 of the Bill) include how your Free Social Media can be blocked, suspended when you highlight the facts to warn all from harm etc. So don’t get too surprise when this happens, it will happen to all who do right & being hated by wrong doers! This will only get worse when Justice is not respected in the Country & Human Rights being easily violated like this case!
Part 5: Declaration of Online Locations (Pages 35-45 of the Bill) Sections 36-39 tells you what the Minister can do to you! Anyone will have a hard time if the Minister is unjust & trying to cover up his wicked deeds? The World please decide! Section 38: Prohibition on providing financial support to declared online locations (see Pages 44-45 of the Bill) This does not apply when you highlight & explain “facts” on Laws passed or acts of Ministers, Government Bodies or others etc. Our Strategy: Financial Support is possible when one cites the News reported from reliable source or if you are the 1st person reporting; substantiate the facts with video, photographs etc.. Remember that you should report the “facts” & comment on it only. If you do this, no law can touch you even your report has caused embarrassment to the “Causation”. Some said: “Those people asked for it!” You decide! We have no comment! Let’s be committed to facts reporting to clean up any injustices around us!
Part 6: Directions to counteract inauthentic online accounts & coordinated inauthentic behaviour. Sections 40-47 (see pages 45-52 of the Bill) Our Comments: You will have a hard time fighting to have your articles published if the Minister is acting in an unjust manner! Have accessed to the Courts to fight your case? Too expensive! Should the poor & needy get bullied & keep quiet? So you know when your Rulers are unjust & refuse to care for your well-being, everything in your life will turn bad no matter how hard you work! Luckily, next Singapore General Election must happen before 15 January 2021! Cast your vote carefully! Please be patient now & work hard with us to make Singapore Prosper! Many Thanks
