Our comments: You see, we have requested them on 25 April 2020 to give us a detail account on how our Reserves have been/will be used, but till this day, DPM Mr Heng Swee Keat has not given us just that for all the smart Singaporeans to audit! Especially the foreign workers who are working in the essential services, they are not confined in the isolation areas but in touch with us in our community. Many are asymptomatic cases but it is hard to detect these cases. It is likely that we will have to resume the circuit breaker measures just like what happened in Hong Kong. MSM reported that one expert says dorm infection cases will go down to the 100+ figures in 3-4 weeks.
