Here’s the message from Breeke to PAP Mr Lawrence Wong extracted: “Dear Lawrence, surge in numbers is not due to "aggressive" testing. High confirmed number was because of higher infected number... simple as that. Test number reveals infection RATE which in turn indicates how high that infected number is. As revealed in the press conference, the highest they did was 3000 tests (mostly in dorms) in a single day. The highest single day cases was 1,426. That's a whopping 50% hit rate. 300K FWs at 50% infection rate .. 150K cases. And I haven't counted the community yet! THIS is the result of a wait and see, always 5-steps-behind reactive approach taken in the first 3 months.” Our Comments: Dear Big Bullies, look at your own record, as until 22 April 2020, the total infection of Foreign Workers living in Dormitories is 8,094; making up more than 80% of the Total COVID-19 confirmed cases of 10,141. Your job now is to intensified & speed up your testing on the our Foreign Workers living in Dormitories, unless you want them dead before their time! Please use your brains to plan what you need to do to save lives; we aren’t impressed when you walk around to showcase your designers’ clothes! See here: It is made mandatory for all to wear facemasks when you are out, starting from 7 April 2020. Till this day, the 14-day incubation period has passed & the local spread of COVID-19 still keeps on increasing! Now the Government Webpage refused to elaborate on how the COVID-19 is being spread! We will let all reasonable persons decide if the COVID-19 spreads in the house, that’s the time when we don’t wear facemasks. Around 80% of us in Singapore live in the Government designed and constructed VERY SMALL BUT VERY EXPENSIVE HDB Flats which the PAP Rulers refuse to live in! If you enter any one of the newer flats, you will understand why we say 1m safe distancing is IMPOSSIBLE (Item 6)! Dear Big Bullies, so now you want all to stay at home & be safe. We challenge you & your family to shift into those new HDB Flats and show us how to stay safe! In our humble opinion, it may be safer if you just wear a proper facemask and get outside for some fresh air! Dear Big Bullies, don’t forget that before 3 April 2020 you have been encouraging the People NOT to wear facemask unless they are sick! This is the record and we want ALL to keep perpetually alive for Generations to see too! The World please see you could give such a negligent advice, forgetting that the Foreign Workers who live in those congested Dormitories (unfit for humans?) need to work & live side-by-side! Case 8190 died on 23 April 2020. He is a 46-year-old Indian migrant worker who died after being found at a staircase landing in Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) on Thursday (23 April) had tested positive for COVID-19 prior to his death, said the Ministry of Health (MOH). Police said they responded to a case of unnatural death at KTPH at 7.29am and the man was found motionless at the staircase landing. He later died of his injuries. “Based on preliminary investigations, the Police do not suspect foul play,” said the police in a statement, adding that investigations into the case are ongoing.

Many Singaporeans expressed their views and want the Government to separate the counts between Singaporeans & Permanent Residents. You should know that only the Singaporeans are eligible to vote in the coming General Election! The PAP Government, please do this in your next report or the People will continue to tell the whole World that you can’t distinguish between citizens and others who are not! Here are some extracts: Joe Low mentioned: “Using our Reserves to generously also pay non-citizens’ (PRs) companies in a few sectors up to S$31,050 from Apr to Dec this year or S$3450/month. That mean in Apr and May, these PRs will be getting $6900 indirectly from their companies.” Our comments: Kindly present with the substantiation (if possible). Majority of the Singaporeans would agree: Due to our limited resources, the Reserve should only help Companies that employed many Singaporeans. PM Lee & FM Heng please answer! From Daniel: “How much you spend on the Foreign workers i think its only fair you take out that amount to give Singaporeans too for the mistakes and inconvenience you caused us. One more thing pls separately announce the cases as Singaporeans and PRs don't mix them together. Singaporeans will stay forever PRs can leave anytime. No way must we give them same benefits like Singaporeans. Your brain must be full of water to do this.” From Blue: “So when numbers go up it's because of increased testing. Also PAP logic: When numbers decrease, it must therefore also mean that they are testing less. May we know why you are testing less?” From Planewalker: “Even the top health experts are telling everyone including China, the original victim, to avoid following our government. P*P really is useless. As the saying goes:" With great power, comes great responsibility." Our government wants vast power and $$$ but not the accountability and responsibility nor the fairness. Foreign workers receive around $1000 payment plus free healthcare, lodging and other benefits like returning to same work after quarantine. Some even stay in five star cruise. Some of them are extracted here: From Old left for dead: “Why is the 46-year-old Indian migrant worker not being properly quarantined since he was found to be tested positive? It seems that the Khoo Teck Puat hospital also afflicted with the same blindspot problem as our task force leadership. For the other three patients who tested positive for the virus but have died from causes unrelated to COVID-19, why is there so scant information on the cause of death? How different are these cases from those of patients who died from complications related to COVID-19? It seems that these could be also blindspots, once again.”

From Countryman: “How much money already spent due to the lapses on FW that gave raise to the infected numbers? What was earned in donkey years was largely wiped out in 1 event? The person overseeing this FW lapse should not be even receiving a million salary.” From Blue: “Now because of the need to extend CB because of the inability to control the FW outbreak, Singapore's economy will lose further billions... So who would be accountable?”
From Tan: “The storm caused by foreign workers is because the MOM has not been strict with the regulatory system for many years ...Blind supporters of the ruling party don't think the MOM minister is at fault, so they blame the virus .Sorry the virus won't tell who is the ruling party's supporters and the opponents , so because the minister's mistake stakes the same risk to all Singaporeans.”
From Daniel: “Dear PM Lee, your team assured us there will be no lockdown and insisted any news of lockdown is fake but you came up with another term "circuit breaker "giving us 3 days notice. Your team further disappoint us by announcing extended and more strict circuit breaker and giving most ppl 6hours of notice which resulted in many food wastage for those in F&B. Does your task force have any planning at all or its just a reactive task force? I don't think your team care a bit about our livelihoods especially those earning daily wages or low income. You have proven it to us you don't care by giving us little time when you announced the extension and you did not come up with an extra stimulus package for a CB2 worth 1 full month. we would have understand if its 2 weeks but its 1 FULL month! Dear PM don't forsake your own citizens pls spare a thought for us or at least those who are left out. Give us a chance to give you a chance.”
From William: “Good to see the numbers of FW's new cases are declining and hope JT understands the credit does not go to her because this dorm issue can actually be prevented if she used her common sense when the virus hit our shores in Jan. Back then, she should have been more aggressive than just messaging! Knowing that birds are shot down from the sky, she could have prevented planes from flying, so to speak. I wonder if JT & LW have a huge following? I have never take notice of them till now and I have to say I am surprise of their 'caliber' or lack of one, befitting of a Minister and the high salary bestowed on them.”
