Case 57960 (see item 10), a 64 year-old male Singapore Permanent Resident, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 12 October 2020. He had been working in India since December 2019, and was placed on SHN (Stay Home Notice) when he returned to Singapore on 23 September 2020. He was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 4 October, and had a history of hypertension.

 

See item 6: Case 58343, a 68 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 27 November 2020. He had travelled to Indonesia on 10 March for work, and returned to Singapore on 17 November after experiencing shortness of breath since 11 November, and had been admitted to a hospital upon arrival in Singapore. He was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 18 November, and had a past history of hypertension and heart disease. The cause of death as determined by the pathologist is ischaemic heart disease with COVID-19. The National University Hospital has reached out to his family and is extending assistance to them.

 

See item 9: Case 59858, a 61 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 12 March 2021. He had been in the UAE for work, and returned to Singapore on 30 January. He developed a cough just before departing the UAE and shortness of breath on the same day, and tested positive for COVID-19 infection upon arrival in Singapore. He had a past history of hypertension, hyperlipidaemia and gout.

 

See item 8: “Case 62573, an 88 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 1 May 2021. She had been warded in TTSH Ward 9D from 14 April, and was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 28 April. She had a history of cancer, hypertension, congestive cardiac failure, stroke and hyperlipidaemia.”

See item 9: Case 62680, an 86 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 7 June 2021. She was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 30 April when she was warded at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital for an unrelated medical condition. She had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidaemia, hypertension and hypothyroidism.

 

Case 62687 passed away (see item 9). Case 62687, a 70 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 20 May 2021. He had been warded in TTSH Ward 9D on 22 April, and was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 30 April. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of lung cancer and atrial fibrillation.

See item 8: Case 63382, a 95 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 30 May 2021. She was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 17 May when she was warded at Changi General Hospital for an unrelated medical condition. She had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of cancer, hypertension and hypothyroidism.

 

See item 11: Case 63752, a 44 year-old male Singapore Permanent Resident, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 20 June 2021. He was admitted to Alexandra Hospital on 25 May, and was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 26 May. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of diabetes mellitus.

 

See item 8: Cases 64255 an 84 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 26 June 2021. She was tested for COVID-19 on 15 June as part of our community surveillance testing for visitors to 115 and 116 Bukit Merah View, and was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 15 June. She had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of cancer, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia.

 

Case 64342:

After we protested over the web, they then uploaded the death case that happened on 24 July 2021. The deceased is Case 64342 (see item 5 https://www.moh.gov.sg/news-highlights/details/update-on-local-covid-19-situation-(24-july-2021)), a 83 year-old female Singaporean (from the Bukit Merah View Cluster https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/half-of-the-cases-at-largest-covid-19-cluster-in-bukit-merah-view-not-vaccinated ) who had some medical complications. It is obvious that she couldn’t get vaccinated as she might develop more medical problems, see what we have listed here based on News and Medical reports. We will let the World decide if the Big Bullies who are fully aware of the countless in Singapore who became SICK and many died thanks to their Open Borders Policies to import the virus from High Risk Countries are guilty of Assault and Murder/Manslaughter!

 

See item 2Case 65636, a 62 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 6 September 2021.

He had been conveyed to Singapore General Hospital for an unrelated medical condition on 20 July and tested positive for COVID-19 infection on 21 July. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of cancer and bronchiectasis. In total, 57 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection. (Reported on 10 September 2021)

 

See item 6: Case 65943, an 80 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 7 August 2021. She had developed symptoms on 21 July, and was admitted to Tan Tock Seng Hospital on 23 July after testing positive for COVID-19 infection. She had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of diabetes, hypertension and atrial fibrillation.

 

See item 4:      Case 66875, an 84 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 13 August 2021. He had developed symptoms on 28 July, and was admitted to National University Hospital on 29 July where he tested positive for COVID-19 infection. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of cancer, ischaemic heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia. In total, 44 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection. (Recorded on 13 August 2021)

 

See item 3:   Case 66910, a 69 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 11 August 2021. He had developed symptoms on 28 July, and was admitted to Tan Tock Seng Hospital on 29 July where he tested positive for COVID-19 infection. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of stroke, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia. In total, 43 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection. (11 August 2021 record)

See item 6Case 66894, a 58 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 2 August 2021. She was a household contact of a case who had visited Samy’s Curry Restaurant, and was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 29 July. She had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had no underlying medical condition.

 

See item 4: Case 67178, an 82 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 19 August 2021.

He had developed symptoms on 30 July and was admitted to Alexandra Hospital after testing positive for COVID-19 on 31 July. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of ischaemic heart disease, myocardial infarction, cystic kidney disease and hypertension. In total until 19 August 2021, 47 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection.

See item 6: Imported Case 67264, a 34 year-old male Ukraine national, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 1 August 2021. He was a sea crew who arrived in Singapore on board a vessel on 29 July. He had developed a fever, cough and lethargy on 25 July, and subsequently breathlessness on 31 July. He was conveyed from the vessel to Singapore General Hospital on 1 August, and was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on the same day.

 

See item 4: Case 67329, a 90 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 17 August 2021. He had been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

 

See item 4:     Case 67375, an 86 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 23 August 2021. Her case was first reported on 2 August. She had been admitted to Changi General Hospital on 23 July for an unrelated medical condition, and tested negative for COVID-19 during admission and again on 29 July. She was detected when she was tested on 2 August as she had been identified as a close contact of a patient who was a confirmed case. She had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of cancer and hypertension. In total, 50 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection. (Reported on 24 August 2021)

 

See item 5: Case 67456, a 91 year-old female Permanent Resident, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 21 August 2021. Her case was first reported on 3 August. She had developed symptoms on 30 July, was tested positive for COVID-19 infection, and was admitted to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases. She had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of chronic kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia and hyperparathyroidism.

 

You see, Cases 67560 passed away on 16 August 2021, they refused to report until early morning 19 August 2021! Do you think they are hiding more COVID related death cases?

See item 4: Case 67560, a 64 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 16 August 2021. He had developed a cough on 2 August, and was conveyed to Raffles Hospital on 3 August after suffering heart problems. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of End Stage Renal Failure, ischaemic cardiomyopathy, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia.

See item 6:    Case 67610, a 79 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 4 August 2021. He had sought medical treatment at Sengkang General Hospital on 4 August for shortness of breath and low blood pressure, and was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on the same day. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hypertension.

 

See item 6: Case 67630, an 87 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 22 August 2021. His case was first reported on 4 August. He had been conveyed to the National University Hospital for an unrelated medical condition on 4 August.  As he was symptomatic, he was tested for COVID-19 and the result came back positive for COVID-19 infection. He had been partially vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of advance cancer, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia.

See item 6: Case 67716, a 63 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 5 August 2021. He had developed a fever and cough on 3 August and was conveyed to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital on 5 August after collapsing at home. He was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection after his demise. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of heart disease, stroke, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia.

 

See item 4: Case 66762, an 86 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 24 August 2021. His case was first reported on 28 July. He had been admitted to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for an unrelated medical condition on 1 July, and tested negative for COVID-19 multiple times. Another test taken on 28 July came back positive for COVID-19 infection.  He had been partially vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of cancer, cardiomyopathy, chronic kidney disease, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia.

 

See item 5: Case 67918, an 80 year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 26 August 2021. He tested positive for COVID-19 infection on 7 August and was admitted to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital on the same day. He had no known medical conditions. 

 

See item 5: Case 67995, a 95 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 25 August 2021. Her case was first reported on 9 August. She had developed symptoms on 5 August, and tested positive for COVID-19 infection on 9 August after being admitted to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases. She had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of Alzheimer's Disease.

 

See Item 6: Case 68636, a 70 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 27 August 2021. She had been admitted to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) for an unrelated medical condition on 11 August and tested negative for COVID-19 upon admission. Another test taken on 17 August came back positive for COVID-19 infection. She had a history of diabetes mellitus, ischaemic heart disease, end stage renal failure, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia. She has been fully vaccinated?

 

See item 7: Case 68664, a 90 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 26 August 2021. She had been conveyed to KTPH for an unrelated medical condition on 18 August and tested positive for COVID-19 infection on 19 August. She had a history of cancer, heart disease, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia.

 

See item 2: Case 71194, a 93 year-old female Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 8 September 2021. She had developed symptoms on 2 September, and was conveyed to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases on 5 September, where she tested positive for COVID-19 infection. She had not been vaccinated against COVID-19, and had a history of diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia. In total, 56 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection. (Reported on 9 September 2012)

11 October 2021: See item 2. 10 more cases (Cases 74760, 78350, 80166, 97871, 98649, 120530, 120780, 122928, 123571 and 132058) have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection. 3 had been fully vaccinated. In total, 172 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection.
