You decide if this was what she meant: “We have devised the Government scheme to boost Job Participation Rate, but it is not our responsibility to ensure that such a scheme yield positive results!” Is this the mentality of the Highest Paid Politicians around the World should have? We are also unwilling to pay them tons of money$$$$ as salaries just to buy trash!
