Luke 10:19 -> “I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.”
The Imitation of Christ (audio) by Thomas à Kempis. 7 Deadly Sins, 7 Heavenly Virtues.
01 (Cyrus Helps the Exiles to Return. 5 The heads of the families of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests and the Levites—everyone whose spirit God had stirred—got ready to go up and rebuild the house of the Lord in Jerusalem. (Ezra 1:5) My body is a temple of God, the living temple of the Holy Spirit, what can I do to repair and/or rebuild this temple so that I can worship God within?) 02 (The List of the Exiles Who Returned. (Ezra 3:68-69 Am I using the FREEWill given by God in a responsible manner? Dear God, I offer my Freewill to You, let Your Will be done in my life. Thank You.)) 03 (Rebuilding the Altar & the Temple. 11 and they sang responsively, praising and giving thanks to the Lord, “For he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever toward Israel.” And all the people responded with a great shout when they praised the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid. (Ezra 3:11) The Lord is the Faithful God who is always Faithful in His promises.) 04 (Oppositions to the Rebuilding of the Temple. 4 Then the people of the land discouraged the people of Judah, and made them afraid to build, 5 and they bribed officials to frustrate their plan throughout the reign of King Cyrus of Persia and until the reign of King Darius of Persia. (Ezra 4:4-5) If we are not guided by the Spirit of God, then power, money, position and other worldly influences can really attach to us and we can be influenced us and I can’t complete God’s plan. But God can still complete his plan without me. For this case, bribery obstruct the building of the Temple.) 05 (Tattenai’s Letter to Darius. 11 This was their reply to us: ‘We are the servants of the God of heaven and earth, and we are rebuilding the house that was built many years ago, which a great king of Israel built and finished. (Ezra 5:11) We are the servants of God and making His name known and do all things to serve Him.) 06 (The Decree of Darius. Completion and Dedication of the Temple. The Passover. 5 Moreover, let the gold and silver vessels of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple in Jerusalem and brought to Babylon, be restored and brought back to the temple in Jerusalem, each to its place; you shall put them in the house of God.” (Ezra 6:5) Our God works in an amazing way. God has His plan, the plan is for our eternal life, our welfare and prosperity, not for our harm and danger.) 07 (Ezra comes to Jerusalem. King Artaxerxes’ Letter to Ezra. 10 For Ezra had set his heart to study the law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach the statutes and ordinances in Israel. (Ezra 7:10) Let me learn from Ezra and do what he had done.) 08 (The Return to Jerusalem. 23 So we fasted and petitioned our God for this, and he listened to our entreaty. (Ezra 8:23) 31 On the twelfth day of the first month we set out from the Ahava Canal to go to Jerusalem. The hand of our God was on us, and he protected us from enemies and bandits along the way. 32 So we arrived in Jerusalem, where we rested three days. (Ezra 8:31-32) Jesus prayed and fasted for 40 days (Luke 4). Fasting and Prayer will help us to gain God’s protection who will deliver us from evil.) 09 (Ezra’s Prayer About Intermarriage. 5 At the evening sacrifice I got up from my fasting, with my garments and my mantle torn, and fell on my knees, spread out my hands to the Lord my God, 6 and said, “O my God, I am too ashamed and embarrassed to lift my face to you, my God, for our iniquities have risen higher than our heads, and our guilt has mounted up to the heavens. (Ezra 9:5-6) Those who are led by the Spirit of God will pray like this, as the Spirit will make us know our sins and help us to prevent further wrong doing.) 10 (The People’s Confession of Sin. While Ezra prayed and made confession, weeping and throwing himself down before the house of God, a very great assembly of men, women, and children gathered to him out of Israel; the people also wept bitterly. (Ezra 10:1))
Kings of Judah: David, Solomon, Rehoboam, Abijah, Asa, Jehoshaphat, Jehoram, Ahaziah (Mother being the wicked Athaliah), Joash, Amaziah, Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, Hezekiah, Manasseh, Amon, Josiah, Jehoahaz, Jehoiakim, Jehoiachin, Zedekiah…
1st Book of Chronicles 01 (Genealogy from Adam to Noah to Abraham & his sons Isaac and Ishmael to the Rulers of Edom). 02 (Genealogy from Israel’s sons, Judah, The clan of Caleb. The Imitation of Christ (audio) by Thomas à Kempis, Chapter 1). 03 (Genealogy: The descendants of David and Solomon. The Imitation of Christ chapter 1. “This is the greatest wisdom -- to seek the kingdom of heaven through contempt of the world. It is vanity, therefore, to seek and trust in riches that perish. It is vanity also to court honour and to be puffed up with pride. It is vanity to follow the lusts of the body and to desire things for which severe punishment later must come. It is vanity to wish for long life and to care little about a well-spent life. It is vanity to be concerned with the present only and not to make provision for things to come. It is vanity to love what passes quickly and not to look ahead where eternal joy abides.”). 04 (Genealogy: Other clans of Judah, Simeon. The Imitation of Christ chapter 1. “Often recall the proverb: "The eye is not satisfied with seeing nor the ear filled with hearing."2 Try, moreover, to turn your heart from the love of things visible and bring yourself to things invisible. For they who follow their own evil passions stain their consciences and lose the grace of God.” (2. Ecclesiastes 1:8)). 05 (Genealogy: Reuben, Gad and the Half Tribe of Manasseh. The Imitation of Christ chapter 2. “If you wish to learn and appreciate something worth while, then love to be unknown and considered as nothing. Truly to know and despise self is the best and most perfect counsel. To think of oneself as nothing, and always to think well and highly of others is the best and most perfect wisdom. Wherefore, if you see another sin openly or commit a serious crime, do not consider yourself better, for you do not know how long you can remain in good estate. All men are frail, but you must admit that none is more frail than yourself.”). 06 (Genealogy: Levi. The Imitation of Christ chapter 2. “Shun too great a desire for knowledge, for in it there is much fretting and delusion. Intellectuals like to appear learned and to be called wise. Yet there are many things the knowledge of which does little or no good to the soul, and he who concerns himself about other things than those which lead to salvation is very unwise. Many words do not satisfy the soul; but a good life eases the mind and a clean conscience inspires great trust in God.”). 07 (Genealogy: Issachar, Benjamin, Naphtali, Manasseh, Ephraim. The Imitation of Christ chapter 3. “Every perfection in this life has some imperfection mixed with it and no learning of ours is without some darkness. Humble knowledge of self is a surer path to God than the ardent pursuit of learning. Not that learning is to be considered evil, or knowledge, which is good in itself and so ordained by God; but a clean conscience and virtuous life ought always to be preferred. Many often err and accomplish little or nothing because they try to become learned rather than to live well.”). Find us Faithful. 08 (Genealogy: 1 Chronicles 8: The Genealogy of Saul the Benjamite. The Imitation of Christ, Chapter 13: Resisting Temptation. “SO LONG as we live in this world we cannot escape suffering and temptation. Whence it is written in Job: "The life of man upon earth is a warfare." (Job 7:1). Everyone, therefore, must guard against temptation and must watch in prayer lest the devil, who never sleeps but goes about seeking whom he may devour, find occasion to deceive him. No one is so perfect or so holy but he is sometimes tempted; man cannot be altogether free from temptation. Yet temptations, though troublesome and severe, are often useful to a man, for in them he is humbled, purified, and instructed. The saints all passed through many temptations and trials to profit by them, while those who could not resist became reprobate and fell away. There is no state so holy, no place so secret that temptations and trials will not come.” 09 (Genealogy: The People in Jerusalem. The Genealogy of Saul. The Imitation of Christ, Chapter 13: Resisting Temptation. “Above all, we must be especially alert against the beginnings of temptation, for the enemy is more easily conquered if he is refused admittance to the mind and is met beyond the threshold when he knocks. Someone has said very aptly: "Resist the beginnings; remedies come too late, when by long delay the evil has gained strength." First, a mere thought comes to mind, then strong imagination, followed by pleasure, evil delight, and consent. Thus, because he is not resisted in the beginning, Satan gains full entry. And the longer a man delays in resisting, so much the weaker does he become each day, while the strength of the enemy grows against him.”). 10 (1 Chronicles 10:13-14. “Saul died because he was unfaithful to the Lord; he did not keep the word of the Lord and even consulted a medium for guidance, and did not inquire of the Lord. So the Lord put him to death and turned the kingdom over to David son of Jesse”. Romans 8:14). 11 (1 Chronicle 11:3. Listen to the Elders, there is no substitute for life experiences that they can impart. Good to listen and obey and that will bring blessings. Verse 9: And David became more and more powerful, because the Lord Almighty was with him). 13 (1 Chronicle 13:1. David consulted with the commanders of the thousands and of the hundreds, with every leader). 14 (1 Chronicle 14:2. The Lord had established David as king over Israel, for him to serve and protect his people Israel. Similarly, God established us to serve and protect the People around us. Chapter 14: See God gave David a step-by-step tuition to defeat the Philistines). 15 (1 Chronicle 15:12. I need to sanctify and purify myself so God will work his wonders on me. Joshua 3:5. And Joshua said to the people, “Sanctify yourselves; for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.” 16 (1 Chronicles 16:11 cf. Matthew 6:33 -> “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”) 17 (1 Chronicles 17:27. We read that King David was blessed forever. How does one receive Blessings forever? When you are blessed once, you are blessed forever. God makes me always doing good. Even if I fall, I will fall within the hand of God, I can still get up and begin again). 18 (1 Chronicle 18:13. “…And the Lord gave victory to David wherever he went” because David did not worship other Gods but the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, he listened and obeyed the Commandments and executed them in his daily living). 19 (1 Chronicle 19:2. When David remembered how the king of Ammonite Nahash had dealt loyally to him, he repaid by dealing loyally to his son. Remember we also have been taking the blessings of the good-works of our Ancestors, Parents and Relatives. If we are loyal and good, not only will we receive the Blessing, but all who are related to us too). 20 (1 Chronicles 20:8. When we walk with God, spiritually we are enriched & strengthened, physically we are nourished, having good mental health, our confidence level will be high and doing well throughout our lives. For Nothing is Impossible for God, see Mark 10:27, Luke 1:37). 21 (1 Chronicles 21:24. Satan rose up against Israel and incited David to take a census of Israel). 22 (1 Chronicles 22:9. Solomon is a man of Peace because he trusted God completely. Peace is from inside NOT from outside, and it depends on how much we have connected with God. If we trust God completely then one of the outcome is having a peaceful life. As everything outside changes and things can become challenging at times, but we must know that God is in FULL Control. Psalm 46:10 -> He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”) 23 (1 Chronicles 23:30, cf. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (...give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.) 24 (1 Chronicles 24:19. How responsible and faithful am I at my work and work place? This is also spirituality.) 25 (1 Chronicles 25:6. Heman is king David’s seer, he has 14 sons and 3 daughters. Where there is obedience to the higher hierarchy, then there is harmony and Peace.) 26 (1 Chronicles 26:27. The more God bestowed upon me, the more God expects from me cf. Luke 12:48. What does God expects from me now? Using my talents to serve Him, my piety and charity towards others.) 27 (1 Chronicles 27:31. David is a good organiser & administrator who appointed Leader for each tribe to keep Peace. Am I a good organiser and administrator? First on my own life and then the Community.) 28 (1 Chronicles 28:9. 9 “And you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve him with single mind and willing heart; for the Lord searches every mind, and understands every plan and thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will abandon you forever.”) 29 (1 Chronicles 29:12. “12 Riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all. In your hand are power and might; and it is in your hand to make great and to give strength to all.”
2nd Book of Chronicles 01 (2 Chronicles 1:10. See how Solomon asked for Wisdom & Knowledge.) 02 (2 Chronicles 2:6. Preparations for Building the Temple. God dwells everywhere and cannot be limited in a small temple!) 03 (2 Chronicles 3:1. Solomon Builds the Temple on Mount Moriah. Moriah is the place where Abraham was instructed to sacrificed Isaac, where David had visions of Angels and David built an altar to worship the Lord, the place that David instructed him to build the temple. He listened to his father David and executed accordingly, so that he received God’s Blessings through his parents on earth.) 04 (2 Chronicles 4:19. The Temple’s Furnishings. Solomon took great efforts to beautify the interior and external of the temple including the details. My body is a temple of God, I have been bought with a price, and that price is Jesus body and blood on the Cross, I have to Glorify Jesus in my body. 1 Corinthians 6, 2 Corinthians 6.) 05 (There was nothing in the ark except the two tablets that Moses had placed in it at Horeb, where the Lord made a covenant with the Israelites after they came out of Egypt. 2 Chronicles 5:13-14 The Cloud is the sign of God’s presence. When I worship God in group or alone, I can feel powerful presence of God in my life...) 06 (Solomon’s Prayer of Dedication. 2 Chronicles 6:15 God is always faithful and He always keeps His promises with us. Is my word always coincide with my deeds?) 07 (The Dedication of the Temple, God appeared to Solomon. Heal our land (with lyrics). 2 Chronicles 7:14. 14 if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.) 08 (2 Chronicles 8:16. The organising ability of king Solomon.) 09 (The Queen of Sheba Visits Solomon. 2 Chronicles 9:8. When we meet wonderful people, we thank God for them as they cooperate with God. By cooperate with God’s grace, let me become such a person.) 10 (Israel Rebels Against Rehoboam. Jeroboam. 2 Chronicles 10:13 -> 13 The king answered them harshly. King Rehoboam rejected the advice of the older men;…) 11 (2 Chronicles 11:17. When the Community seeks God and follow His commandments, they will flourish again. When I come back to God and walk in His ways, there will always be prosperity in my life.) 12 (Shishak Attacks Jerusalem. 2 Chronicles 12:6-7. When the king and his officials humbled themselves, God then did a lot of miracles & blessings on People and Community. This shows the importance of the virtue of Humility, one of the Fruits of the Holy Spirit. When we have humility, we depend on the Power of God, the Holy Spirit will use you powerfully and God will lift you up. Then you will become unconquerable as you are depending on the providence of God.) 13 (Abijah routed Jeroboam. 2 Chronicles 13:10. 10 But as for us, the Lord is our God, and we have not abandoned him. We have priests ministering to the Lord who are descendants of Aaron, and Levites for their service.) 14 (Asa, the king of Judah fought against the Cushite Bullies and won. 2 Chronicles 14:1-2. Learn from Asa, as he kept with his pure conscience and walked with good faith, God bless the entire Country, the Land, the Community & the Families. They built and prospered all the time.) 15 (Asa’s Reform. 2 Chronicles 15:7 “...But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.” When we always do good things before God, we will always be rewarded. God rewards and God provides.) 16 (Asa’s last years. 2 Chronicles 16:9 -> 9 For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the entire earth, to strengthen those whose heart is true to him. You have done foolishly in this; for from now on you will have wars.” You don’t have to seek help for any including the Rulers as God will be your faithful supporter and counsellor!) 17 (Jehoshaphat King of Judah. 3 The Lord was with Jehoshaphat because he followed the ways of his father David before him. He did not consult the Baals 4 but sought the God of his father and followed his commands rather than the practices of Israel. 5 The Lord established the kingdom under his control; and all Judah brought gifts to Jehoshaphat, so that he had great wealth and honor. 6 His heart was devoted to the ways of the Lord; furthermore, he removed the high places and the Asherah poles from Judah... 10 The fear of the Lord fell on all the kingdoms of the lands surrounding Judah, so that they did not go to war against Jehoshaphat. 2 Chronicles 17:12. Spiritual growth is a process of becoming, with God and others, either there is growth or decline, there is not stagnant about this.) 18 (Micaiah Prophesies Against Ahab. Ahab Killed at Ramoth Gilead. Jehoshaphat almost get killed in the battle as he went to war with Ahab. Alliance with the Wicked will only bring Bad Luck!13 But Micaiah said, “As the Lord lives, whatever my God says, that I will speak.” (2 Chronicles 18:13). Micaiah only wanted to please God, for such a person, he can please others slowly and steadily.) 19 (Jehoshaphat Appoints Judges , instructions to the Judges. 2 Jehu the seer, the son of Hanani, went out to meet him and said to the king, “Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord? Because of this, the wrath of the Lord is on you. 3 There is, however, some good in you, for you have rid the land of the Asherah poles and have set your heart on seeking God.”...9 He charged them: “This is how you shall act: in the fear of the Lord, in faithfulness, and with your whole heart; (2 Chronicles 19:9). In everything we do, do it with the fear of the Lord, with faithfulness to the Lord, do it with your whole heart.) 20 (Jehoshaphat Defeats Moab and Ammon. 12 O our God, will you not execute judgment upon them? For we are powerless against this great multitude that is coming against us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” (2 Chronicles 20:12)…. If I fix my eyes on God, He will act and nothing is impossible for Him. “35 Later, Jehoshaphat king of Judah made an alliance with Ahaziah king of Israel, whose ways were wicked. 36 He agreed with him to construct a fleet of trading ships. After these were built at Ezion Geber, 37 Eliezer son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, “Because you have made an alliance with Ahaziah, the Lord will destroy what you have made.” The ships were wrecked and were not able to set sail to trade.”) 21 (Jehoram King of Judah. 2 Chronicles 21:12. Jehoram killed all his brothers and other officials and did evil. Jehoram married the wicked Athaliah. When we do wrong things, we will receive a warning from God, it is my duty to take heed of the warning and amend my life. If I refuse, then I will be heading towards chaos and destruction with my own choice. Good to be vigilant and watch over my life.) 22 (Ahaziah King of Judah, Athaliah and Joash. 4 He did what was evil in the sight of the Lord, as the house of Ahab had done; for after the death of his father they were his counsellors, to his ruin. (2 Chronicles 22:4). Wicked Family members and friends giving you wicked plans? Be away from them, but try to gain them back to God’s way.) 23 (In the seventh year Jehoiada showed his strength. 16 Jehoiada made a covenant between himself and all the people and the king that they should be the Lord’s people. (2 Chronicles 23:16). I may do the same to make a faithful covenant with my God.) 24 (Joash Repairs the Temple. The Wickedness of Joash. 17 Now after the death of Jehoiada the officials of Judah came and did obeisance to the king; then the king listened to them. 18 They abandoned the house of the Lord, the God of their ancestors, and served the sacred poles and the idols. And wrath came upon Judah and Jerusalem for this guilt of theirs. (2 Chronicles 24:17-18) 20 Then the Spirit of God came on Zechariah son of Jehoiada the priest. He stood before the people and said, “This is what God says: ‘Why do you disobey the Lord’s commands? You will not prosper. Because you have forsaken the Lord, he has forsaken you.’”. Let us appreciate all the good & God Fearing family members & Friends who have helped us.) 25 (Amaziah King of Judah. 7 But a man of God came to him and said, “O king, do not let the army of Israel go with you, for the Lord is not with Israel—all these Ephraimites. 8 Rather, go by yourself and act; be strong in battle, or God will fling you down before the enemy; for God has power to help or to overthrow.” 9 Amaziah said to the man of God, “But what shall we do about the hundred talents that I have given to the army of Israel?” The man of God answered, “The Lord is able to give you much more than this.” (2 Chronicles 25:7-9) We should not ask for help or alliance with those that God has forsaken! Our God is RICH in everything and he is able to give us abundantly what we need to live on. We only need to listen to God and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, follows the 10 Commandments, walk in His path and He is able and will fulfil All He wants of each of us. He is the source of All Blessings.) 26 (Uzziah King of Judah. 16 But when he had become strong he grew proud, to his destruction. For he was false to the Lord his God, and entered the temple of the Lord to make offering on the altar of incense. (2 Chronicles 26:16). He was prosperous in everyway until PRIDE entered him to make him a leper. We must practise the virtue of Humility.) 27 (Jotham King of Judah. 6 Jotham grew powerful because he walked steadfastly before the Lord his God. 6 So Jotham became strong because he ordered his ways before the Lord his God. (2 Chronicles 27:6) How can I order my life and my ways before the Lord so God will bless me abundantly? 28 (Ahaz king of Judah. 22 In the time of his distress he became yet more faithless to the Lord—this same King Ahaz. (2 Chronicles 28: 22). Our God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow, He is faithful to His children 24/7, it is up to me how I want to be faithful to Him today! To read Luke Chapter 7.) 29 (Hezekiah Purifies the Temple. 30 King Hezekiah and the officials commanded the Levites to sing praises to the Lord with the words of David and of the seer Asaph. They sang praises with gladness, and they bowed down and worshiped. (2 Chronicles 29:30) This is what a king must do! What is worship? Giving Glory, Honour & Adoration to God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit—this is the perfect prayer. 30 (Hezekiah Celebrates the Passover. 9 For as you return to the Lord, your kindred and your children will find compassion with their captors, and return to this land. For the Lord your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn away his face from you, if you return to him.” (2 Chronicles 30:9) Let us return to our God wholeheartedly as God is always Gracious and Merciful and there is no end in His Mercy.) 31 (Contributions for Worship. 20 Hezekiah did this throughout all Judah; he did what was good and right and faithful before the Lord his God. 21 And every work that he undertook in the service of the house of God, and in accordance with the law and the commandments, to seek his God, he did with all his heart; and he prospered. (2 Chronicles 31:20-21) 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:33). Whatever Hezekiah did, he did it wholeheartedly.) 32 (Sennacherib Threatens Jerusalem. Hezekiah’s Pride, Success and Death. 20 Then King Hezekiah and the prophet Isaiah son of Amoz prayed because of this and cried to heaven. 21 And the Lord sent an angel who cut off all the mighty warriors and commanders and officers in the camp of the king of Assyria (185,000 in total). So he returned in disgrace to his own land. When he came into the house of his god, some of his own sons struck him down there with the sword. 22 So the Lord saved Hezekiah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of King Sennacherib of Assyria and from the hand of all his enemies; he gave them rest on every side. (2 Chronicles 32: 20-22) Whenever we pray to God intensely with our problems, He will send His Angel to guide and support me, give me counsel and wisdom, the Angel is always with me.) 33 (Manasseh King of Judah. Amon King of Judah. Chapter 33. 12 While he was in distress he entreated the favor of the Lord his God and humbled himself greatly before the God of his ancestors. 13 He prayed to him, and God received his entreaty, heard his plea, and restored him again to Jerusalem and to his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the Lord indeed was God. (2 Chronicles 33: 12-13). After Manasseh repented and humbled himself before God, God blessed him. When I am ready to repent, I will know the many imperfections in my life. The more and more we come closer to God who is the Perfection, the more I know I am a sinner. Read Philippians Chapter 4.) 34 (Josiah’s Reforms. The Book of the Law Found. 33 Josiah took away all the abominations from all the territory that belonged to the people of Israel, and made all who were in Israel worship the Lord their God. All his days they did not turn away from following the Lord the God of their ancestors. (2 Chronicles 34: 33) King Josiah not only followed God wholeheartedly (not turning to the right or left), but he also made the People did the same. He set a good example for the People to follow. God had given a special Grace to the Community of Judah.) 35 (Josiah Celebrates the Passover. The Death of Josiah. 3 He said to the Levites who taught all Israel and who were holy to the Lord, “Put the holy ark in the house that Solomon son of David, king of Israel, built; you need no longer carry it on your shoulders. Now serve the Lord your God and his people Israel. (2 Chronicles 35:3) I must be good enough and mature in my relationship with God & His People.) 36 (Jehoahaz, Jehoiakim, Jehoiachin, Zedekiah Kings of Judah. The Fall of Jerusalem. 13 He also rebelled against King Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear by God; he stiffened his neck and hardened his heart against turning to the Lord, the God of Israel. (2 Chronicles 36:13) If I am always closing my heart to God, no one can help me! I need to open my heart to God then there will be flow of Grace. Thus there is no more blessings for Zedekiah and there was a total fall of Jerusalem.
