070 (25 August. Prayer for Deliverance from Enemies. Audio) O Lord, do not delay. Word of God: 4 Let all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you. Let those who love your salvation say evermore, “God is great!” 5 But I am poor and needy; hasten to me, O God! You are my help and my deliverer; O Lord, do not delay! (Psalm 70:4-5) All the Seekers of the Way, Truth, Life, Justice, Peace etc. need to come to God who is the ONLY One that they are seeking, who can give them total fulfilment. Life circumstances can change within seconds, when we find ourselves in an helpless and troubled situation, just cry to God for help and do not delay. God being a good Father knows the heart of the child. 071 (26 August. Prayer for Lifelong Protection and Help. Audio) Let me never be put to shame. Word of God: 1 In you, O Lord, I take refuge; let me never be put to shame. 2 In your righteousness deliver me and rescue me; incline your ear to me and save me. (Psalms 71: 1-2) If you trust in the Lord 100%, He will never let you down. If I trust in the Lord and also trusting in the world, my possession too, there is a divided Trust, we don’t feel good always. However, if we Only Trust in the Lord i.e. 100%, He will never let you down. He provides for me, He acts for me, He stands by my side and He does everything for me. 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6) 37 All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. (John 6:37) If you trust in God 100%, even you walk through the rough route, having so much difficult times, He will never let you down. At the end of the route there will be Victorious in the name of Jesus Christ. That is the beauty of Total Trust in God. 72 (27 August. Prayer for Guidance and Support for the King. Audio) He has pity on the Needy. Word of God: 13 He has pity on the weak and the needy and saves the lives of the needy. 14 From oppression and violence he redeems their life, and precious is their blood in his sight. (Psalms 72: 13-14) The king is praying for Wisdom. At the end of the Psalm says about the reign of the Kingdom of God… God knows all the needs and burdens of my life. He also knows the needs of my Vocation. When God reigns, He knows the needs of His children and provides accordingly, your life is precious in the sight of God. In the world many experience rejection and it is a big pain, but you need to be reminded that Jesus when He was on earth doing everything Good and Perfect was also being rejected, they abused Him verbally, physically and also assaulted Him and nailed Him on the Cross and was happy to see Him dead. God knows my needs more than I know myself. God is more interested on us more than we are interested on our lives. He is worried about my soul and my body. Our God is the best King, He knows what I need and He always has pity on me and His mercy and blessings are on us every moment of our lives. 073 (28 August 2022. Plea for Relief from Oppressors. Audio) My flesh and my heart may fail… Word of God: 26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength[e] of my heart and my portion forever. 27 Indeed, those who are far from you will perish; you put an end to those who are false to you. 28 But for me it is good to be near God; I have made the Lord God my refuge, to tell of all your works. (Psalms 73: 26-28) Why the wicked is not perishing but having prosperity in their lives? I will be very weak when I depend on my heart and my flesh, even my heart which is connected with God may have a tendency for evil with its evil desires and evil tendencies. I will have my Strength when I depend on God. We are really strong when we lay our lives on God’s shoulder, depending on God throughout our lives. My strength is in my God and I will be very weak when I depend on myself. 074 (29 August 2022. Plea for Help in Time of National Humiliation. Audio). You crushed the head of Leviathan. Word of God: 14 You crushed the heads of Leviathan; you gave him as food[c] for the creatures of the wilderness. 15 You cut openings for springs and torrents; you dried up ever-flowing streams. 16 Yours is the day, yours also the night; you established the luminaries and the sun. (Psalms 74: 14-16) This Psalm displayed the Authority of the Almighty God. Our God who crushed the head of Leviathan and the power of evil has the Ultimate Authority over Nature, He has the unique power over every single creation. We need to believe this close to our hearts that God has the power of establish Peace & Joy over all the turbulences in your personal life. If you are willing to believe this, you will experience the unique authority and power in your personal life. Our God is still active in reality and do not doubt. God’s works has been recorded in History. Jesus says to us: “…Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid…” (John 14:27) 075 (Text. Audio) God who executes Judgement. Word of God: 7 but it is God who executes judgment, putting down one and lifting up another. 8 For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup with foaming wine, well mixed; he will pour a draught from it, and all the wicked of the earth shall drain it down to the dregs (Psalms 75: 7-8) God continues to protect His children. We need to be humble because it is God who exalts someone and it is he who executes judgements. Whatever the position of your life, when you are feeling good interiorly and exteriorly, we need to thank God instead of boasting to others. If possible, do not boast of yourself, instead, always acknowledge the greatness of God in our lives, because it is God who lifts up one & put down another, it is not in our hands. You will only be promoted with the Grace of God and your human hard work. Your promotion depends on your obedience to God, your love for God and your faithfulness to God. God is a Just Judge and He judges impartially, we need to acknowledge God’s greatness in our excellent work and keep a good heart and walk humbly with Him (see Micah 6:8). 076 (31 August. Israel’s God—Judge of All the Earth. Audio) Make Vows to the Lord. Word of God: 11 Make vows to the Lord your God and perform them; let all who are around him bring gifts to the one who is awesome (Psalms 76: 11) “Vow” means Promise to God to do something good or refrain from doing something bad. Now many make vows to thank and please God. When you have made a vow, you must complete it. If you can’t, just go to Confession and then start all over again. 077 (1 September. God’s Mighty Deeds Recalled. Audio) Your ways, O God, is Holy. Word of God: 11 I will call to mind the deeds of the Lord; I will remember your wonders of old. 12 I will meditate on all your work and muse on your mighty deeds. 13 Your way, O God, is holy. What god is so great as our God? (Psalms 77: 11-13) What is “Holiness”? We need to look at Jesus: 1st, he detached from the world (you should know your priorities, your focus and what you should you attach to and where you are heading). 2nd, flee from temptations. Matthew Chapter 4 highlights the temptations. Jesus was able to overcome the temptations because He was guided by the Spirit of God. 3rd, Jesus obeyed the word of God All the Time. He obeyed to God the Father at All times. 13 Therefore prepare your minds for action;[a] discipline yourselves; set all your hope on the grace that Jesus Christ will bring you when he is revealed. 14 Like obedient children, do not be conformed to the desires that you formerly had in ignorance. 15 Instead, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in all your conduct; 16 for it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” (1 Peter 1:13-16) 7 For God did not call us to impurity but in holiness. 8 Therefore whoever rejects this rejects not human authority but God, who also gives his Holy Spirit to you. (1 Thessalonians 4:7-8) Listening to God’s word and following the Word of God & the Commandments of the Lord, detach from the world and FLEE from temptations lead us to Holiness. 078 (2 September. God’s Goodness and Israel’s Ingratitude. Audio) They turned away and was faithless. Word of God: 56 Yet they tested the Most High God and rebelled against him. They did not observe his decrees 57 but turned away and were faithless like their ancestors; they twisted like a treacherous bow. (Psalms 78: 56-57) This Psalm tells of the great deeds of God especially when He helped Israel to fight the Egyptians and delivered them from Slavery. The Psalm talks about the stubborn and rebellious nature of the Israelites, making them impossible to have a strong relationship with God to obtain His numerous blessings. If we have the stubborn nature, we will never know the Truth of anything because our ability and knowledge are limited. 079 (3 September. Plea for Mercy for Jerusalem. Audio) Forgive our sins, for your name’s sake. Word of God: 8 Do not remember against us the iniquities of our ancestors; let your compassion come speedily to meet us, for we are brought very low. 9 Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of your name; deliver us and forgive our sins, for your name’s sake. (Psalms 79: 8-9) We need God’s help, only He can deliver us. Only God can establish Glory, Unity and Peace. For Your name’s sake, deliver us and forgive us our sins. 080 (4 September. Prayer for Israel’s Restoration. Audio) Shepherd of Israel. Word of God: 1 Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, you who lead Joseph like a flock! Psalm 23: Yahweh is the Shepherd for the whole Community of Israel. A Shepherd always protects and guide his sheep. He knows the smell of the sheep and how to heal them when they are sick. A Shepherd anything & everything on the care of the sheep. What a wonderful name when we call God our Shepherd. Only God our Good Shepherd can lead us to the green pastures. Meditate and know that God & Jesus is my Good Shepherd and He provides anything and everything for my needs. 081 (5 September. God’s Appeal to Stubborn Israel. Audio) Word of God: 10 I am the Lord your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide and I will fill it. (Psalm 81:10) Those who open their hearts and minds to God, Yahweh God will fill them. But for those who choose to close their hearts and minds, it will be difficult. 082 (6 September. A Plea for Justice. Audio) Rescue the weak. Word of God: 3 Give justice to the weak and the orphan; maintain the right of the lowly and the destitute. 4 Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.” (Psalms 82: 3-4) The judges refused to obey God to uphold Justice and this is what God said to them. We know that the wicked can’t go to the strong and influential people, so they take advantage of the Vulnerable. I need to ask myself: Am I taking advantages on the weak and/or vulnerable people? Am I just making use of them or using them? It is our duty to protect the weak and vulnerable ones. 083 (7 September. Prayer for Judgement on Israel’s Foes. Audio) O God, do not keep silent. Word of God: 1 O God, do not keep silent; do not hold your peace or be still, O God! (Psalms 83: 1) I am a beautifully & wonderfully created being of God with my restrictive thinking, knowledge & understanding. If God still keep silent, this means that He knows what He is doing and there is surely a concrete reason behind this Silence & Peace, He does anything and everything for our eternal good. All we know is this moment of my life, we do not know what is going to happen a couple of minutes and hours from now. Instead of questioning Him & complaining, it is wise to just submit, surrender to Him, take up our crosses and face the challenges in life and stand for God, that’s the only thing we can do and will bring us lots of Peace, Life and Freedom. 084 (8 September. The Joy of Worship in the Temple. Audio) Happy are those who live in Your house. Word of God: 4 Happy are those who live in your house, ever singing your praise. Selah 5 Happy are those whose strength is in you, in whose heart are the highways to Zion. (Psalms 84: 4-5) The Psalmist want to live with God and he has a longing for God. He wants to sing Praises to God 24 hours like Angels. Our Blessed Mother Mary is always with the God the Father, from the moment she was born until her death. Her life is full of tragedies, struggles, burdens of life (see the 7 sorrows of Mary). She ponders on God 24/7 and her mind is always settled on eternal things & divine things, Her mind & heart are always connected with God the Father. She believed in the midst of dilemmas, uncertainties & confusions. Look at her posture: always so positive and so good as Her mind is always with God. Look at the Magnificat that she sang to God. Let’s thank God the Father for our Blessed Mother today. 085 (9 September. Prayer for the Restoration of God’s Favour. Audio) You pardoned all their sins. Word of God: 1 Lord, you were favourable to your land; you restored the fortunes of Jacob. 2 You forgave the iniquity of your people; you pardoned all their sin. (Psalms 85: 1-2) Israel is the favoured & private possession of God. God blessed them with the forgiveness of sins and He pardoned all their sins. At present, God always forgives all our sins when we go to confession with a true contrite heart. We thank our wonderful God who always forgives our sins. 086 (10 September. Supplication for Help against Enemies. Audio) Give me an undivided heart to revere Your Name. Word of God: 11 Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart to revere your name. 12 I give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify your name forever. (Psalms 86:11-12) I want Truth! Jesus is the Truth and the Life! I need a united and undivided heart to worship God, to focus on Him, to experience His full power in my life and to have true Joy & Peace. I need God’s help to have an undivided heart. When my heart is divided, it is very difficult to pray, to praise and worship, to walk with God and with Truth. 19 I will give them one[a] heart, and put a new spirit within them; I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh, (Ezekiel 11:19) 087 (11 September. The Joy of Living in Zion. Audio) The Joy of living in Zion. Word of God: 1 On the holy mount stands the city he founded; 2 the Lord loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. 3 Glorious things are spoken of you, O city of God. (Psalms 87: 1-3) So many great things happened in the City of Jerusalem: Christ’s teaching, death & resurrection, Abraham sacrificed Isaac, king David’s reign, the worship of the High Priests and the sacrifices… Jerusalem is the City closest to God’s heart… 088 (12 September. Prayer for Help in Despondency. Audio) My soul is full of troubles. Word of God: 3 For my soul is full of troubles, and my life draws near to Sheol. 4 I am counted among those who go down to the Pit; I am like those who have no help, (Psalms 88: 3-4) Profile of Heman the Ezrahite. 089 (13 September. God’s Covenant with David. Audio) My hand shall always remain with him. Word of God: 20 I have found my servant David; with my holy oil I have anointed him; 21 my hand shall always remain with him; my arm also shall strengthen him. (Psalms 89: 20-21) God’s Covenant with David is completely fulfilled in Jesus Christ who came as the Saviour of the World. David came from an ordinary family but he had received the blessing of Anointing, of Security of Protection because God’s mighty hand was upon him always, the blessings of election as he was chosen from the crowd, and the blessings of Faithfulness and Mercy had been continuously poured upon David, as David had been committing and keeping his covenant with God. Thank God as today I have also obtained His anointing which comes to me in Confirmation & the Sacraments, His Blessings of Security of Protection to me everyday and His continuous Mercy and Faithfulness. David then submitted wholeheartedly to God. Let us give our hearts to God in return of His Mercy and Faithfulness towards us. 090 (14 September. God’s Eternity and Human Frailty. Audio) You turn us, back to dust. Word of God: 3 You turn us back to dust, and say, “Turn back, you mortals.” 4 For a thousand years in your sigh tare like yesterday when it is past, or like a watch in the night. (Psalm 90: 3-4) 19 By the sweat of your face you shall eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” (Genesis 3:19) I am not permanent here, this is not my permanent place, our God takes interest in all the affairs of my life on earth. God will exercises His Holy Judgement on each one of us. It is good to have this awareness and self realization everyday: “You are dust and to dust you will return.” 091 (15 September. Assurance of God’s Protection. Audio) I will protect those who know My name. Word of God: 14 Those who love me, I will deliver; I will protect those who know my name. 15 When they call to me, I will answer them; I will be with them in trouble, I will rescue them and honour them. (Psalm 91: 14-15) This Psalm speaks of the Protection, Comfort and Care of Yahweh God to me. Do I have time for God? Do I listen to God and obey Him? Do I read the Bible the word of God written by the Holy Spirit by human hand? Claim this from God as this Blessing is for me always: “Those who love me, I will deliver; I will protect those who know my name.” 092 (16 September. Thanksgiving for Vindication. Audio) In old age they still produce fruit. Word of God: 12 The righteous flourish like the palm tree and grow like a cedar in Lebanon. 13 They are planted in the house of the Lord; they flourish in the courts of our God. (Psalms 92: 12-13) The wicked will flourish for a while, for a season only but the Righteous will flourish all the time. The world will treat the wicked well but if you are righteous and act in obedience to God, the world will treat you in the worst manner, just as they had treated Jesus badly. The wicked may look good now, but in the long run, you will see the restlessness, the turmoil, difficulty and trials in their lives. The Righteous even with their troubles, they still look like the “evergreen” Palm trees and Cedars in Lebanon because they are planted in the House of God. Those who are planted in the House of God will have the Grace of age like Moses (whose eyes never grow dim…) and the Grace of God. The Cedar Trees are mighty, they are usable and durable, beautiful and they have strong strength and mighty power, useful for anything. A Righteous Person is just like the Palm or Cedar Tree who produces Fruits at any age, as age is just a number for them. Just ignore how badly the world will treat us because God will surely provide for us. 093 (17 September. The Majesty of God’s Rule. Audio) The Lord is King. Word of God: 1 The Lord is king. He is clothed with majesty. The Lord is clothed in majesty and armed with strength. The world is set, and it cannot be moved. (Psalm 93:1) God is the King of the entire Universe. He establishes His rule in a wise and righteous manner. We look at the dignity of God, His sovereign power and His authority. God shows His dignity through His actions, He shows His authority in his words; when He says something, you can see the result as it has always been immediately done/ accomplished. He shows His sovereign power as His power is upon the entire Universe. Thus, it is good for us to be loyal and submissive towards our Daddy God and surrender ourselves to Him and ask Him to act on me. Let’s thank Him for being the mighty King for us. 094 (18 September. God the Avenger of the Righteous. Audio) Your consolation cheer my soul. Word of God: 19 When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul. 20 Can wicked rulers be allied with you, those who contrive mischief by statute? (Psalms 94: 19-20) All the children of God must listen to the voice of God as He is For me and my only reliable and faithful Defence. Only Jesus can cheer my soul & comfort my heart. Only God can do this for me and for you. 095 (19 September. A Call to Worship and Obedience. Audio) Let us kneel before the Lord. Word of God: 6 O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker! 7 For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. (Psalm 95:6-7) “Let us worship”: I am God’s creation and I am obliged to worship Him and acknowledge the Supremacy of God as He is the Almighty God and maker of our lives. “Let us bow down”: I am bowing down before my Creator, Saviour & Master and will do what He commands as a servant of my God like Mother Mary: “I am the handmaid of the Lord, let what you have said be done unto me.” “Let us kneel”: Total submission to God our Creator. He as our Maker is worthy to receive our humble worship. 096 (20 September. Praise to God Who Comes in Judgment. Audio) Declare His glory among the Nations. Word of God: 3 Declare his glory among the nations, his marvellous works among all the peoples. 4 For great is the Lord and greatly to be praised; he is to be revered above all gods (Psalms 96: 3-4) The Lord is great and greatly to be praised because Yahweh is the Creator of Heaven and Earth. 37 Indeed, what can they give in return for their life? 38 Those who are ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of them the Son of Man will also be ashamed when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.” (Mark 8:37-38) We need to acknowledge God with our words and deeds everywhere we go. It is good to proclaim the glory of God and to acknowledge Him. 097 (21 September. The Glory of God’s Reign. Audio) The Lord loves those who hate evil. Word of God: 10 You who love the Lord, hate evil; he guards the lives of his faithful; he rescues them from the hand of the wicked. (Psalms 97: 10) God reigns, He acts & plans for the good of the Community Israel. God hates evil and as a child of God, if you hate evil, wicked things and wicked plans, you are so closely loved by God. Do I hate evil and do I compromise with evil? If I compromise evil today, I will continue to do the same tomorrow and the future… then it will really be a disaster... 098 (22 September. Praise the Judge of the World. Audio) He has remembered His Steadfast Love. Word of God: 3 He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the victory of our God. (Psalms 98: 3) See His faithfulness and steadfast love towards Israel especially the covenant People of God. Everyday we are renewed by the Steadfast Love and endless Mercy of God. Lamentations 23:22&23 -The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases his mercies never come to an end they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Steadfast love: A love that is not only for tomorrow, an Abiding love that is not only for now and that it moves with me. It is the steadfast love of the Lord that renews my life everyday. His Love is everlasting and His Mercy is endless. Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood abide in me, and I in them. (John 6:56) 4 Abide in me as I abide in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me. 5 I am the vine, you are the branches. Those who abide in me and I in them bear much fruit, because apart from me you can do nothing. (John 15:4-5) 099 (23 September. Praise to God for His Holiness. Audio) Mighty King, Lover of Justice. Word of God: 4 Mighty King, lover of justice, you have established equity; you have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob. (Psalms 99: 4) This Psalm: Praising God for His Holiness, Righteousness, Justice and Equity. He established Justice with Israel, there is no ill-treatment here, He always gives what is necessary, what is good, what you really deserve and really need; He will do this to us everyday of our lives. We have to thank our Just God, God know me inside-out, He will execute Justice for me. 100 (24 September. All Lands Summoned to Praise God. Audio) Enter His gates with Thanksgiving. Word of God: 4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise. Give thanks to him; bless his name. 5 For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever and his faithfulness to all generations. (Psalms 100: 4-5) Develop a thanksgiving heart and give thanks and glory to God even for little graces that we receive. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7) 101 (25 September. A Sovereign’s Pledge of Integrity and Justice. Audio) I will walk with Integrity of Heart. Word of God: 1 I will sing of loyalty and of justice; to you, O Lord, I will sing. 2 I will study the way that is blameless. When shall I attain it? I will walk with integrity of heart within my house; (Psalms 101: 1-2) Integrity of Heart means that your heart is not divided but like that of the Heart of Jesus, closely, holy, contacted and connected with your God. You are walking with the Justice of God, His righteousness, His Mercy; Integrity of Heart is the Heart of Jesus.

Assurance of Victory for God’s Priest-King. Audio) Sit at My Right Hand. Word of God: 1 The Lord says to my lord, “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool.” (Psalms 110: 1) See how Mary sat at the feet of Jesus...Let me sit in the Presence of God and He will look out for me and take care of everything.
