Latest: The Break-in happened on 13 February 2024! Till this day, even after Jewelleries being stolen, the Condominium Management Office still refuse to let the Owner see the CCTV recording footage or tell the Owner who are the Non-Residents appeared at the “common area” Lift Lobbies at Basement and Level 1… See the nice words put forward by the Condominium Manager, but NO VISIBLE Work-done!
The Police Investigation Officer came and collected from the Management Office the CCTV Footage at the Lobbies areas on 21 February 2024, but he has not revealed his findings. We were informed the CCTV Footage given to the Police by the Management Office belonged to that of a different location in order to cover up for the culprits. Let the Police waste time to study “tr*sh” CCTV footage, is this Obstruction of Justice? Let see how the smart Singapore Police will deal with this and reveal the Findings…
You decide if the Owners of this Condominium Development have been paying tons of $$$$$ to buy “tr*sh” Management & Security Services to their detriment! Don’t you agree that it would be cheaper and safer if you install a CCTV camera at your Entrance!
Many asked us the name of the Managing Agent’s company? KN*G*T F*A*K! Which company provide the Security Services? F*CUS SECURITY! You smart brains will tell you which companies we refer to…

Private and Confidential: Tower **, #**-0* Break-in on 13 February 2024, between 2:30pm - 6:40pm
(Condo name) Management Office Attention: Manager & Ms P*g*y
Dear Ms P*g*y, Kindly refer to the above mentioned subject discussed with you just before 6pm on 15 February 2024. As discussed, I informed this matter to your Security Ms S*va on 13 February 2024 immediately at around 6:40pm when I discovered that the Shoes Rack was turned 180 degrees (plan view) and shoes moved when I reached home around 6:30pm. Unfortunately, my security system at home was not working properly that day, so I requested the Security Ms S*va to go through your CCTV system (at Basement & Level 1 Lobbies of Tower **) to find out if the Cleaner or any Non-Resident had been found at the Lobbies, she told me that she would call me latest by 15 February 2024 but no one from Security call me till now; probably they are busy…
2. In my humble opinion, the checking should be quite simple (unless your security viewing system is too outdated) as from 13 Feb. 2024 2:30-6:40pm is only 4 hours and there were NOT many people using the Tower ** Lobbies at Basement & Level 1. Please assist & revert back to me by the end of day, letting me know who the Non-Residents found at the Lobbies within 2:30-6:40 pm on 13 February 2024.
2. You have also been informed that the Tower ** #**-0* (neighbour’s unit) has CCTV system installed outside. I would be grateful if you could seek their assistance and to find out the Truth on my behalf. Many Thanks for your help.
Best regards, Owner’s name Mobile number
